Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy

Hey, things happen – we get it! If something pops up unexpectedly and you need to adjust your plans, just let us know. We're here to help!

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your appointment(s) up to 24 hours before to the appointment start time without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time we will charge you the full price of the service booked to the card we have on file.
  • If you leave us a message on a day we’re closed, we will still validate the cancellation.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, it is treated the same as an appointment canceled within 24 hours of the start time.
  • We will charge you the full price of the service to your card on file.

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, 50% of the service will be charged to your card on file and we will have to reschedule.
